SPEECH AT THE INAUGURAL OF THE PROJECT NAMED “I CAN DO IT” FOR HANDICAPPED CHILDREN ORGANIZED BY THE ARTS COUNCIL OF MONGOLIA

The honorouble member of the Mongolian Parliament and Government S. Oyun,

Distingueshed collegues and guests,

My dear friends at the Arts Council ofMongolia,

First of all I would like to present my sincere thanks to the ACM, to my best knowledge as a new Ambaasador of the Republic of Turkey to Mongolia, one of the most prominent non-governmental institutions in Mongolia, for inviting me such a meaningful event.

As a matter of fact that, upon sincere recommendations of my predecessor, Ambassador Arar, I did not hesitate to sustain our cooperation with the ACM. As a result, as soon as I assume my duty here in Mongolia, I contacted with the ACM.

Dear guests,

Today, I have the honour to render our kind support into the realization of such an important project destined to be a genius contribution to the the awakening of public opinion directed towards disabled or handicapped children. As the Turkish Embassy, we are proud of being not only donor of the Project but also part of the solution.

This event reminded me my personel attention to this kind of programmes organized by some NGO’s in my previous post in Greece.

I will feel personelly very pleased if I hear after this project that we succeeded, with the methods and technics used in art, to help those children to increase their capabilities. I take this opportunity to present my sincere thanks with my wishes of success to our guest teachers from Indıa, as well.
